How can I place an order?
All orders are to be made via Shopee.

Can special arrangements be made for urgent deliveries?
Unfortunately, the self collection option for buyers is not available in Shopee at the moment.
However, if you would like to collect your goods directly, please feel free to message us via WhatsApp or Instagram and we will try our best to cater to your needs
How much is the delivery?
Standard Delivery:
$1.49 with tracking details (2-3 working days)
Free Standard Delivery with purchases above $45

All orders will be shipped out the next working day.
All services are not available to P.O Box areas, Hotels and Restricted areas
How do I track my order?
All orders made via Shopee will receive a Shipping Information once the parcel has been dispatched out for delivery within the next working day.
However, if you are still not able to see any Shipping Information, please do not hesitate to drop us a message via WhatsApp or Instagram
What is the Return & Exchange policy?

At Isabella Lash, we want you to be fully satisfied with every aspect of your purchase, from the quality of the product to our after-sales service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, fret not, we are here to help you!

We are unable to accept returns on incorrectly purchased products or if the product is damaged due to customer negligence.
